SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most items are shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.  

 

Quality is first but we know you want it fast and you want it right. We do our best to meet and even exceed your expectations.

 

You monitor your order using your paypal acct. Login to paypal, review your order to see if your order has shipped. A tracking # is always provided within the paypal invoice.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Returns are not accepted because the buyer ordered the wrong item.

 

In the rare event RGC messed up and sent the wrong power supply not matching your order....

Returns on the wrong item sent not matching your invoice are accepted within 7 days of receipt. To return the item, send a snapshot of the item you received to retrogamecave@gmail.com with your invoice not matching. we will authorize return and ship you the proper item fast. You will need to ship back the wrong item but we will reimbuse the shipping cost at 1st class rate when it arrvies.

retuen shipping is covered  for USA customers only

 

All items must be returned to get a refund.

Item must be returned in new condition.

Abused items will not be refunded.

Once returned we will evaluate if the item is defective and then issue a refund.

 

How to Return a defective item. Simply pack it back up and send it back to the return address on the shipping label. Include a copy of your paypal invoice Please include a note describing the defect.

 

International orders can be returned within 5 days of receipt. All shipping fees and costs are not refundable..

RETURNS

All NON-Trio Power supplies purchased after 1/1/2017 have a warrenty period of 90 days from date of purchase.

All TRIO & Duo-N units purchased directly from Retro Game Cave come with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase. .

 

If your Trio or Duo-N fails in the 1st 6 months , simply email us for a return authorization.  

We will repair your USA Trio at no addtional charge if its under warranty.

 

USA customers can also get  the TRIO repaired after the warranty period for a small fee. .  If your USA  TRIO is out of warranty. please contact us.  We will review the issue and bill you a very small fee before shipping it back  --

 

Sorry, International customers are not covered by any warranty or repair service. Please consider this when purchasing. We triple check all international orders to ensure proper operation  before shipping..

Retro Game Cave warranty is LIMITED to the power supply itself.  Our warranty only covers the product we sell. Any damages beyond the power supply itself are not covered by the warranty and Retro Game Cave will not be held respsonsible for any damages beyond the cost of the power suply sold by Retro Game Cave. Any damage to a console claimed to be associated with our power supply are not the responsibility of RetroGameCave. Using our power supplies means you have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the Retro Game Cave power supply.  

 

Retro Game Cave takes every precaution to deliver relaible products. Our products contain over load protection & over heat protection. In the event of any failure or malfunction stop using the power supply and contact RetroGameCave@gmail.com for service for your power supply.
