I designed this part for people who want to run their system without  both consoles.   

Why do I need this? -- The plugs have live voltage on them. If you leave them hanging they could touch a grounded surface and your console and power supply could be damaged. This is why you need to plug in all consoles unless you use the insulator cap. This cap electrically insulates the connection keeping your console & power supply protected.
